VIETNAM

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh / Arrival

Arrival at airport, we transfer you to hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.

Rest of the day is your leisure time.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh

Morning, enjoy breakfast at hotel. After that, take a city tour. Places to visit: The Re-Unification Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral & the War Remnants Museum.

Afternoon, we drive 60km to Cu Chi. Take in the peaceful rural scenery as we drive between rice paddies, look out for ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road.

Arrival in Cu Chi. At first glance there is scant evidence today of the fighting and bombing that convulsed Cu Chi during the war. To see what went on, you have to dig deeper – underground.

We drive back to the city.

Day 3: Mekong delta

After breakfast at hotel, leave Ho Chi Minh for Ben Tre. Take a boat trip on Mekong river to a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, walking through the fruit plantation village.

Day 4: Mekong delta

Around 6.30am, we pick you up to visit the Cai Rang floating market which is wholesale market of fruit and vegetable at its busiest at this time of the day. Keep cruising through the small channels system and visit a rice noodle making village. Experience the “Monkey Bridge” in the Delta.

Break for lunch then return to Ho Chi Minh.

Day 5: Ho Chi MinhHue

Morning, your leisure in Ho Chi Minh. Afternoon, flight to Hue. Transfer to hotel for checking in.

Rest of the day is your leisure in Hue.

Day 6: HueHoi An

Hue city tour. Get a boat trip to Thien Mu Pagoda. We then continue our visit at the CitadelHue Royal Antiques museum. Visit Dong Ba Market and have lunch at a nearby restaurant.

After lunch, visit tomb of King “Minh Mang” and Tomb of King “Khai Dinh”. Proceed our tour at a nearby village where people making incense stick and conical hat. After that, we transfer you to Hoi An

Day 7: Hoi An

Morning, visit My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This tour is a must-see for those who are interested in architecture and ancientcivilizations. My Son sanctuary was an imperial city during the Champa civilization,between the 4th and the 12th.

Afternoon, your leisure time.

You can discover the old town on foot by yourself easily. Some famous places to visit: Hoi An’s Colorful Local Market, Tan Ky Old House, Fu Jian Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge.

Day 8: Hoi An

Breakfast at hotel. Your leisure time for walking around the Old Town for shopping and relax in Hoi An.

Day 9: Hoi AnHanoi

Morning, enjoy your breakfast at hotel and spend a little time for relaxation. Then, we transfer you to airport for flight to Hanoi.

Rest of the day is your leisure time in Hanoi.

Day 10: Hanoi

Hanoi city tour. Visit some famous places in Hanoi that includes The Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son Temple and Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.

Day 11: Halong bay

Morning, enjoy breakfast at hotel. We leave Hanoi for Halong bay around 8.00am. Upon arrival in Halong, embark and have delicous lunch onboard. We cruise through thousand amazing islands and islets during the lunch. After lunch, take a refresh in your room before visiting Surprising Cave, kayaking, swimming…

Go back to the boat, get a drink and enjoy a sunset scenery in the bay.

Day 12: Halong bay

Morning, breakfast on board. Cruise further and stop at a Pearl Farm village. Continue cruising through many islands and islets to explore the hidden charm of Halong bay.

Lunch on board while going back to the prier. Transfer back to Hanoi.

Day 13: HanoiLuang Prabang

Day 14: Luang Prabang

Morning, Take boat trip on Mekong river, visit very famous Pak Ou Buddha Caves which sit amongst the limestone cliffs where the Mekong and Nam Ou rivers meet.

Afternoon, visit village of Ban Xang Hai which has for centuries made the clay jars which are used to ferment Lao wine.

Day 15: Luang Prabang

Morning, we drive to Living Land Lao Organic Farm at Phoung Van village. Learn and experience the real activities and life of a Lao farmer.

Afternoon, we drive to the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths. Before coming back to Luang Prabang, we still have time to visit Kuang Si Falls Butterflies Park, newly opened January 2014, it is now one of the must-see spots in Luang Prabang. We return to the city.

Day 16: Luang PrabangVang Vieng

Morning, breakfast at hotel. Spend your leisure time to explore the city on your own.

Afternoon, we make our way to Vang Vieng, a small town, which is nestled on a bend of the Nam Song River.

Day 17: Vang Vieng

In the morning, we will first stroll around the town to visit the local market to catch a gimpse of everyday life in a typical Lao rural area. We then visit Organic Farm Vang Vieng.

After that, we visit the cave of Tham Jang, which was used in the early 19th century in defense against the Chinese invaders. We also cross the river to Ban Huai Ngae, a very pleasant village where we can explore the different local lifestyles.

Afternoon, start cycling to Blue Lagoon (7Km from the town center), of which the waters are an aqua-blue, and are always cool. Visit the nearby Tham Phoukham Cave.

We go back to the city and board on a leisurely long-tail boat along the Nam Song River to admire the sunset.

Day 18: Vang Vieng

Morning, your leisure time in Vang Vieng. You can explore the town on your own or just relaxation.

Day 19: Vang ViengVientiane

Morning, your leisure time in Vang Vieng. After early lunch, we leave Vang Vieng and head to Vientiane.

We visit Ban Houy Mo, a fishing village, along the way. Continue our journey and stop to visit an archaeological site of Vang Xang, where you can admire one of the country’s oldest Buddha statues, dating back to the 11th century. Arrival in Vientiane, check-in at hotel.

Day 20: Vientiane

We begin our tour by visiting the serene Wat Sisaket, one of the most beautiful temples in the capital. Continue on to the nearby Wat Phra Keo. Used as a religious museum, Wat Phra Keo displays a collection of both Lao and Khmer works of art. Next, we visit COPE, an association working to help landmine victims. Lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we stop at the Patuxay monument, Laos’ version of the Arc de Triomphe. Continue out visit at Pha That Luang, the holiest site in Laos. We drive out of the city to visit the Buddha Park which contains numerous religious images. Back to the city.

Day 21: VientianeBangkok

Morning, enjoy your breakfast at hotel. Spend your leisure time to explore Vientiane city on your own.

Afternoon, we transfer you to airport for flight to Bangkok.

THAILAND

Day 22: Bangkok

At 6.15, leave Bangkok for Ratchabur, boat trip to Damnoen Saduak floating market. See the local life and visit handicraft home industry. Transfer to Kwai River, visit Eponymous Bridge and the Jeath war museum in Kanchanaburi. Finally, we visit the Donrak War Cementary before leaving Kanchanaburi and go back to Bangkok.

Day 23: Bangkok

Your leisure time for your own exploration or refreshment.

ADD-ON: Visit Ayutthaya

At 6.30, leave Bangkok for Ayuthaya. Stop to visit the Bang Pa-In Summer Palace. Continue to Ayutthaya, visit Wat Maha That. We continue our visit at Wat Phra Si Sanphet, the largest and most important temple.

At 12.30, Embark a cruise, enjoy delicious buffet lunch on board and cruise back to Bangkok. Sightseeing from the boat on the way back to Bangkok city.

Day 24: Bangkok → Phuket

Morning, visit famous temples in Bangkok including Wat Traimit (The Golden Buddha Temple), Wat Pho. The last one we visit is Wat Benjabophit. Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon, flight to Phuket. Arrival at airport, we transfer you to your hotel. Check-in and spend your time at leisure.
